Can I pay for my appointment in cash on the day?
Yes. I require a deposit or full payment in advance of your appointment.


What information do I have to give to book an appointment?
In order for to book your appointment, provide your full name and address, the address of the appointment if different, an email address and mobile telephone number. All your personal information is protected in accordance with the UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998).


Will I get a receipt or confirmation of the payment?
Yes. As soon as your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address.


What if I need to cancel my appointment?                                      
You may cancel your appointment at any time up to 2 weeks before the time scheduled for the appointment. To cancel an appointment, simply contact VPmakeup on 07753 236 408. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 2 weeks before the scheduled time for the appointment will not be refunded.


What if I'm running late for my appointment?
Late start of treatment will result in a reduction of treatment time.


What make-up products do you use?
MAKEUP FOR EVER and MAC products.


Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
Yes, there are vouchers that can be tailored to suit the recipient's needs. Contact me for further details.


Can I book an appointment for a friend as a gift?
Yes, as long as you have the time/date, full address details, contact number and email address, this is not a problem. Alternatively you can purchase a Gift voucher and allow them to choose the time/date and treatment for themselves.


How do I secure the Booking?
I will request a small deposit from you which will secure your wedding date in the diary. This paid deposit will be taken off the final balance.


When should I have my trial?
Once the deposit has been paid and your date is secure, you can then start to think about your trial. We will discuss details about your trial and we will together arrange a suitable date for it to take place.
Trials are better to be done once the dress has been picked, any accessories, colour scheme is chosen and any other details that will have impact on your overall look.


What happens at the trial?
Your trial for the bride alone lasts around 2-3 hours. We will discuss the details of your wedding - dress, accessories, flowers, theme etc. We will also discuss what make-up you would normally wear, (if any) and will discuss any ideas we both have and then complete your look until you are happy, making any changes until perfect for you.  If your bridesmaids, mother or any other guests would like a trial they can have theirs at the same time or book an additional appointment


WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY THE FULL and total PRICE OF MY MAKE UP ?
*The final balance can be paid in cash when i arrive at the location/venue.  


What are your cancellation policies?
Any cancellations made from the time of booking and 30 days prior to the wedding date will incur the loss of any deposit paid including trial costs and mileage.
*Cancellations made 30 days or less before the wedding date will result in full balance not being refunded due to loss of other business.
